Privacy Policy — PartyForge Kits
Effective date: October 23, 2026
PartyForge Kits makes printable party kits for family gatherings, and is part of the Learning Superheroes family of sites. This page explains, in plain language, what this website does with information.
What we collect on this website: a waitlist email, only if you give it
- The only form on this site is the waitlist. If you enter your name and email address there, that is what we collect — no payment information, no child's information, nothing else.
- Where it goes: when you join the waitlist, your name and email address go to our email provider, Klaviyo, which stores them and handles email sending for us — one email when the first full kit is ready, never sold, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
The free test kit collects nothing
- The Thanksgiving Table Quest kit opens and prints right in your browser. Nothing about you or your child is sent anywhere when you view it, print it, or share its link.
- Printing happens on your own printer, through your own device — we never see the pages, the printing, or the finished chains, stories, and colorings.
What we will do with your email
- One purpose: to send one email when the first full PartyForge kit is ready, plus any small number of launch updates a subscriber would reasonably expect.
- We do not sell email addresses, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.
What we never collect here
- No information about children — no names, no school details, no completed kit pages, no photos.
- No accounts or passwords.
- No payment details on this page.
- No location tracking and no advertising trackers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email we send will include an unsubscribe link; one click and we stop.
- Delete my email: email us at privacy@partyforgekits.com and we will remove your address from the waitlist and confirm when it's done.
- Ask what you hold about me: email privacy@partyforgekits.com — the answer will be your waitlist email address and the date you signed up, because that is all we will hold.
Changes
If what we collect ever changes, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for consent before the change takes effect.
